In-House Fulfillment Shipping

We personally fulfill and ship all products from the following brands:

    • SkinScript
    • Sorella Apothecary
    • Cosmedix

Shipping Rate

    • Flat Rate Shipping (U.S. Only): $8.99

    • This rate applies to all orders containing only in-house items.

    • If your order includes multiple products from the in-house brands, you will be charged one combined shipping fee of $8.99.

Lilac + Flint

Products from Lilac + Flint are fulfilled and shipped separately.

    • These items have a vendor-set shipping fee, which may differ from our in-house rate.

    • The shipping rate for Lilac + Flint cannot be adjusted by us.

    • Since these items come from a separate fulfillment partner, they will arrive in a separate shipment.

Why You May See Two Shipping Charges

Your cart may show two shipping fees if you order:

    • In-house items (SkinScript, Sorella Apothecary, Cosmedix) and

    • Lilac + Flint items

This is expected — each shipment has its own carrier and fulfillment process.
You will only be charged separate shipping fees when necessary.

Order Fulfillment

    • All in-house orders are processed in the order they are received.

    • Lilac + Flint orders follow the vendor’s processing and delivery timeline.
